As we countdown the days till it is put up or shut up, I see that there is some activity on the island as grocery stores are reporting a run on ketchup, brown sugar and various ingredients as well as Belkins for some reason. A big thank you to all of those who have helped get this thing off the ground both here in the States and those in Belize. Here is to hoping that we have good weather and a great turnout on Sunday and may the best team win. Also a big thank you to the lovely ladies at Changes in Latitudes for allowing us to borrow their grills, if you are bored Sunday morning and don't have anything to do swing by and we can tell some lies and (possibly) drink a couple beers while we are smoking the meat for the contest.
