I read about the recent Operation Jaguar but I have a question... I'll be visiting for several months early next year to see if it's a place I'd like to expatriate to. I live in Los Angeles currently (please don't hold that against me, I'm originally from South Carolina. Heh.) and like a great deal of Californians, I consume a fair amount of marijuana.

My question is, is this something I'll need to start weening myself off of or is it easily accessible? Will the police actively pursue someone who's obviously not nefarious if they're just smoking in their own place?
