Certainly should be severe consequences and I am not making excuses and I am usually part of the solution, but Belize has ignorant angry cops same as anywhere else. The problem here and elsewhere has been to hold them accountable. Ask Eric Garners family. So I am not deflecting, but asking those from other countries how they handle the same.
