The U.S. Ambassador in Belize made a statement today on Love FM and stated
that the U.S. government has given $50,000.00 to the Belize Government and
is sending
three helicopters to assist and will send more help when the damage is
assessed and they know in what areas they can lend assistance.


Regarding food, you can get in Belize City but if you wish to bring canned
goods since there is no electricity,no water & no phones. Medical supplies
is something you should bring.
