Someone told me that even though the ferry closes after a certain time, that usually one of the employees will stay over night and earn the ferry fee himself. However, they did say it was hard to wake him up sometime if he's on the opposite side that you're leaving from. Can someone verify this?

At which point whoever you can push into the water first has to swim to the other side and drip on the hand fairy puller until he wakes.

Anyone heard of Carts falling into the water trying to get onto the ferry lately?
I heard they average about 1 golf cart a week. Its basically a thin peice of plywood you have to drive up on to get your cart onto that thing. We had a six person cart last year and all but the driver had to get off so we didnt break something & fall in with all the weight!

Cart dunking has become a island tradition, Hamuck house has betting board.
