We were at the VH on our second leg of our vacation and we walked to town on the beach and even though the weather was not in our favor, we loved it. VH is the ticket. What I wish they had in the Casita we stayed was a TV..........I know, I know..... you guys are on your honeynoon but you have to rest between you know what....... once in a while. Even a way to have soft music would have been nice. VH is A+ in my book.

If you want one of the best hamburgers you ever tasted, try one at the Banana Beach Resort, one of the members of this board mentioned it sometime back and man that was the greatest. Remember you have to keep your strength up for  you know what. You can walk from VH on the beach to the BBR, it will take you a few minutes................

Have to agree that Victoria House is tops for a honeymoon. It is a beautiful resort and I think you will be glad you spent your honeymoon there. See if you can book without the meal plan, or maybe just breakfast included. It is fun to try different places on the island for dining and just to get a feel of the island. Take lots of pics and cherish the memories!

You don't want to miss them. Half the fun of going to a foreign country is trying different restaurants and foods. Some of the best restaurants are the small, out of the way places usually frequent by the local people.

VH has really yummy tostadas. Be sure and try those for lunch one day. But the Cap'n is surely on target, there's so many unique places to try on the island. The local dishes are very good and you gotta make a beach BBQ. We also enjoyed the Greek place (Ali Baba's I think is the name).
