El Divino & Blue Water Grill should be on the list too!

Casa Redondo is absolutely beautiful! Was just there yesterday and the beach is so private.
You will love it.

El Divino is great, not quite as fancy as the other places. Last time I ate at Blue Water Grill in Sept. both the food and the service were subpar.

lawcucui, ditto on Blue Water Grill. It's like they're doing you a favor to let you sit in their restuarant.

Broccoli salad - that is so funny. When I lived in town I ate a Lily's Restaurant a lot. One of my favorite dishes is their chicken pineapple salad. One day I was half way through when I realized there wasn't any pineapple in my salad. I called Reymond over and pointed this out to him. He very politely said they were out of pineapple. I too tried to reason with him that if he had told me that I would have ordered something else - he just couldn't get the concept! WELCOME TO BELIZE!

I have always had great service at Blue Water, but maybe we're the exception. Although it is no excuse, both Chris and Kelly have been away recently (taking advantage of the slow season) which could be why the staff has been getting a little lax. I would expect the food and service to be above par again this month. Blue Water is one of my favorite restaurants I could easily eat at 3 or 4 times a week.
