looks like there are a lot of rum drinkers on this site.

Do any of you collect minature rum?

I do and have about 200 bottles.!!!!

Hi, trina I would suggest the Orange Walk area. There is a lot to offer there. In particular there is the Lamanai Outpost lodge that offers exactly what you're looking for. You can contact me if you need more info at [email protected]

after several panty rippers (it is not necessary that you wear panties) the coconut rum can become very sticky sweet. i started to substitute lemon rum. it was great. try it, maybe it will be a new drink sensation. i did my booze shopping at travelers.

When I mentioned a new (to me anyway) product I'd seen at the airport stores called Caribbean Craboo Cream, I was told it's very good so we brought a bottle home yesterday. Says it's got cane juice and craboo "grapes" and is in a bottle they copied directly from Bailey's. Haven't opened it yet.

Try your vavorite rum with coconut water (water from a green coconut) and some lime. Actually, the coconut water is very nutritious and good for you. Also, try the liqueur made from the craboo berry, a berry from a tree grown in Belize, made by Travellers called Nance. It sells for about $14BZ and is best served in a heated brandy snifter for an after dinner drink, quite sweet. Enjoy

The craboo is a dessert drink sort of like Bailey's Irish Cream. We'll open it today or tomorrow and I'll report on the taste test. Have to wait until the appropriate cocktail hour, though.

Well KLCMAN, you will be tickled to know that at this very moment, my husband is enjoying a mojito (actually, he's probably having his 3rd or 4th by this time) at the bar in the Hemingway Marina in Havana.
Luckily, he has a Belizean friend with him who's buying...wouldn't want to break the law, would we (wink)?

If you will have a blender handy, a coconut rum pina colada is always good.
