WOW, that weather report sure is nasty for Denver. Holy Moly.

Our daughter lives in Avon and she is surely happy since the ski resort will make out like a bandit this year. Beaver Creek is a gorgeous place to be, year round.
Ever stayed at St. James Place???? Nice, we loved it, try it if ya can.
I sure hope the planes don't get grounded. The weather didn't indicate the airport was getting hit too bad.

The airport is closed and they are evacuating the main terminal cause the snow is so heavy they think the roof (tents) may collapse.
Sure hope that don't happen! Many are stranded there, bus loads were taken to downtown last night and are just waitin... scary stuff.

Our power went out yesterday for a couple of hours, thank gawd, it came back on! MANY, MANY, without power still!

Dan and Anne helped 4 cars get unstuck yesterday, Maggie and I just watched.

Hope, Snow? We have been stuck in our house since Monday night, at least three feet, with 6 to 8 foot drifts in places, running low in alcohol. I'm beginning to get scared.

Here we are watching the news, the major roads are all clear of snow, (except for the water now) and we are still socked in! Can't get the cars out of the alley, let alone out of the neighborhood. DANG Webb and his plan for the MAJOR streets ONLY and FIRST! I just HAVE to get out of here soon! I'M GOIN CRAZY!
