I hope not. Mine have had many many many plays and still sound fine. (well, except that I have found that I put one of mine in your box, but that's OK)
A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?

We make the best of each day. Hubby is amazingly strong, and tolerating all the treatments, like a champion. Tomorrow is the 40th radiation zap. 27 chemos. He just does not want to eat now, that is trying, and it is not due to feeling ill, just feels full, and nothing tastes or smells good. I tell him he eats like a picky little girl.......he laughs. Has lost alot of weight.
Saw the neuro surgeon yesterday, the MRI films show two more tumors growing. We felt defeated for a few hours. Therefore it is just a few months until he will have to have brain surgery again, providing he stays strong.
We still can laugh and joke, that ain't all bad.
All prayers are needed and appreciated.
God is good tho, in this awful time, we do find comfort joy and a degree of happiness. We do feel down now and then, but only for a very short time, we know that is not going to help us.

I can appreciate all that y'all are going through right now. I have found that keeping busy is good for the mind. An idle mind is the devil's playground and believe me, he was having a field day in mine the last several weeks. You can never, ever let it get you down. It sounds easy to say, very hard to do, but it is well worth the effort. I am convinced, now more than ever, that things happen for a reason. while we never really fully appreciate or understand the reason... the answer is always there... we just need to look for it.

Denny so true, we must keep busy. All the trips to the medical center everyday, in some ways are a blessing, gives us the sense of fighting the cancer, and keeps us busy enough, to enjoy the peace and quiet of home. I'm a darn good chauffer.
The paperwork, is voluminous. Good thing I have good office skills. I am good for something........tehehe.

Teenah, bless you. You are a true inspiration, here, showing what it takes to be the best caregiver.
Here's hoping all has settled down now in your family, to give you a minute to rest, this week.
