Narrow it down and I'm sure you'll get some valuable input: Are you thinking of investing in or outside of town? Residential or commercial? North or South? Beachfront? Raw land? Condo? What's the purpose of your investment? Vacation home? Investment to flip? Potential business??? You'll find that there are regulars on this board who have a LOT of experience they are willing to share... helps to do your homework first though so you can ask the right questions.

Generally speaking, real estate prices have not yet reached their maximum potential, tourism will probably continue to increase and there are still plenty of business opportunities to be taken advantage of. I have invested money, my life and my future into this island and would do it all again tomorrow. does that help?
