How much experience do you have in real estate in SP, and what is your reason to not feel it is worth having money in real estate in SP?

Pedro1 is pulling your plonker...he just bought two lots in front of Pedros Inn. Clearly he thinks it's a great idea to invest in real estate on Ambergris Caye at this time. Those of us who know Pedro1 know that he always tells the truth...unless he's Pulling Your Plonker or playing poker.

Christo, if someone doesn't want to invest in real estate in Belize what "experience" does that give them? That's like me saying I don't want to invest in Arizona real estate therefore my "experience" in not investing there somehow makes me an expert on Arizona property.

Why not ask why people DO invest in real estate in Belize? Or are you just trying to stir the pot?

...too broad of a question. Like asking "is investment in the stock market a good idea?" If you invested in Apple, Exxon, etc... sure, probably great idea. If you put all your $$$ into the IPO of pimentoloaf.com, probably bad idea...
