alas, gay, i disagree with you for the first time too. (sad face) i've even been to ghirredeli sq! i told you, i am a conniousseur (sp?). it is all in the exact right cocoa content (i like 55-65%).

south/central american is good but strong, german & french are ok, but my faves: belgian, swiss. i try new stuff all the time.

guys, if you have the eckerd drug chain, they now sell some of the lindt line.

knew i'd get some **** for that. ok, cadillacs. much better analogy anyway.

Gay, I agree with you, Ghirardelli Intense Dark, uuummmmmm. I also like See's, which is a west coast thing - lemon truffles.
As for "white chocolate" I don't know what that stuff is made of but it ain't chocloate!
