I don't think its really fair to condemn a business because an employee screwed up. If I stopped going places that gave me really bad service once, I wouldn't leave my house. I'm sure plenty of people dive with that certain dive shop over and over again and have never had a problem or they wouldn't still be in business all these years. Although its been awhile, I've done dozens of dives with them with no complaints.
Although it is good to hear peoples opinions and experiences we still need to be fair. Every dive shop has a bad day once in a while.
I'm not ragging on you at all Cappy, just want to share my thoughts. I am also not 'For' or 'Against' this certain dive shop either.
