40something, to answer your question, between $500-$1000 for a pretty decent apartment. Finding a place for a single month will be the difficult part. Most people want leases of at least 3 months.

Check out Banyon Bay, they rent out newer apts situated catty corner from Marinas store on the road south, I believe 400us per month for a one bedroom.

what? only $400/month? Are they fully furnished? Where is Marinas store?

I think they have the basic furniture, Marinas is right beside the road that takes you down to Xanadu, 200 yds south of Iguanas apts.
