Visas at the entrance border are granted for US, Canadian, UK nationals. But will see if I can check on Ukraine.

Amanda, it says there,

In cases where a visa has not been secured, one will be issued upon arrival at entry points.

My husband has US Green Card, but he is not American.
I thought we can come, and they will give him visa upon arrival.
Damn, we don't have Belize embassy anywhere around.

It also states, Len, that "This will be facilitated only where prior approval has been granted by Immigration."

What passport does he carry? Are you a US citizen? It may help, may not.
