Just about any restaurant you venture into will have a decent 'no meat' selection, whether it be salads, fish dishes, pastas, etc.

Ali Baba's has a vegetarian plate that includes amazing tabbouleh, hummus and falafel served with warm, fresh pita bread. That's perfect! She LOVES that kind of food. Thank you!!

Just about any restaurant you venture into will have a decent 'no meat' selection, whether it be salads, fish dishes, pastas, etc. Salad is always a safe bet for her. She doesn't eat fish though so I guess I'll have to take up the slack there!

LIBB, you will love AC!! My wife and I were there Nov 05, May and Oct 06 and we are already planning on going again this April. 4 times in a year and a half!! It gets in your blood. We stay next door to Mata Rocks at Banana Beach. Great location! Have a great time!

Ah, a mixed marriage LIBB - couldn't stomach it myself! lol It actually works out well for me! She's a great cook and loves making steak, fish and everything else but she only knows how to cook for 2 or more people. She doesn't eat any of it which means a fridge full of awesome leftovers for me!!

You know, one of the best things that I've noticed is how people keep saying that they'll be returning year after year (or month after month in your case...lol). I haven't come across one person that went once and never went back.
