That looks great. What about roads north of river?

No public $$ or effort for "road" north of the bridge.

The Property Taxes are so Low there, that when the guy
told me what I owed for my lot, I thought he must be
mistaken. Buyers of land there, who are interested in
building would happily pay more. The cost of my taxes
last year for a piece of land were equivalent to taxes on
a pair of shoes here.

Forget north of the bridge. There are no plans to 'pave' north of the SP market...near the High School.

Yet...

Exactly, not yet. The people who have bought land North will
not forget about it. The roads will bring the building, that
will bring the people, that will bring money to the area.

Thats the US way...not here! The development will far outpace any government effort to improve the infrastructure.

Actually, the road north of the bridge will be improved, but it will be done by each developer, and only in front of their property, and it would be a "joint venture" to pave between these. At this rate, it will take forever, so don't expect it to move at the same pace as in town. The improvements north may not be pavers, it may just be improved maintenance with grading and leveling the holes and ruts. Nothing will happen there anytime soon, tho. An awful lot of "he said-she said-we want-why don't you" stuff going on, instead of a cohesive effort to improve. But, don't give up. We all are pulling for it.
