DG dont quite understand your meaning. Some folks try to get a bit involved with their community, some dont. Nationals and newcomers alike. Dosnt make anyone a better or a worse person. Or an arse. A loud voice can also be heard to make a change for the better. as well as a vote can change politics. But a person who is not open to others thoughts and the fact that they are the only right one hardly ever gets taken serious. I dont agree with alot of peoples ideals but if they are not immoral or illegal I respect them their opinions. Comes with age and maturity I guess.

The Book Store Idea is a good one but you better grab that fast.
That would make you an investor and you can hire a belizean to run it for you. Making it unnecessary to have a work permit and have an In for your residency.

Didn't the book store just get bought last year after the original owner had it open for less than a year? Does not sound like a prosperous adventure?

The current owner of the book store has to get back to England to take care of some family.

What are they asking or the book store? Anyone know, or did I miss that part in this forum?
