If you don't care about having a kitchenette, then pick the Sunbreeze.

Belizean Shores is nice, but it's not convenient to town or the nightlife you will so enjoy.

I love Belizean Reef. The condos are huge and nice. Great location too. Only downside is the lack of a pool. Was our favorite place to stay before we bought further south. If you don't need a pool, it's wonderful.
