Loved.....Rick wearing a San Antonio SPURS shirt....woohoo!

well, i too was a little disappointed. I think, because we all love it so much, it wounds a little to see that others dont feel the same. reality is, the editor or photographer or someone clearly didnt see the charm of our island, and that shown through.

I would have thought that SOMEONE would have told her how to say the name of the island

the thing that got me LITERALLY laughing out loud? Rick. "Sam, baby" "yes baby" and then...didja notice? He checked her out as she walked away! I was expecting to actually hear him hiss at her! I GUFFFAWED!

as for aida, they didnt show her, her shop or anything at all. i'm sure she'll be disappointed when she sees it.

oh well, if it shows badly, more rum for me!

Well, finally got to see it (I taped the second session). It was rather odd, kind of negative at first, then a bit more positive. Belize City wasn't too positive. They made San Pedro look a little, mmm, squalid. Kind of gave you some meat without any flavor to go along with it, losing a lot in the translation. Xanadu came off well.

Krazy-K---I too was surprised at the editing. When they showed the flight touching down in San Pedro, there was a lagoon right behind the runway! Is that new? lol Although, I would have loved to have seen the papusa lady, Ms. Flores, on TV. She's so humble. It was great to see the nice faces that we always see when we are down there. Lil Aphonse was looking pretty clean cut. Does anyone know exactly how to get to Rick's bar in Belize City?

We are doing great. I was very excited to see that San Pedro has made Wilmington, NC their sister city. We are going to try to get back down there in October sometime. (our every 6 month trip!) We are going to be brave and bring Landon (4 1/2) and Gavin (2 1/2). We miss SP all of the time!

Hun, completely agree with you. Glad Cancun cruise people aren't interested in AC. It think people here are just disappointed with what they showed of Belize on Samantha's show.
