The only Shappire Beach Resort I can come up with through Google is in USVI. What's the website for the Belize property.

It very well may be a block of rooms in exsisting resort. Many timeshare operations purchase or designate an amount of rooms under a seperate company for various reasons. Could be the case, just speculating.
