If downtown by Brodies or RoMax, just down the street from ScotiaBank (away from the Sea) is Macy's Kitchen. Great Belizean food and wild game is usually on the menu from (armadillo, gibnut, peccary, wild boar, turtle) as well as the normal Belizean meats.

There is also a Jambel Jerk on a side street close to Benny's. It has a wonderful court yard and lots of locals eat there. Good food.
