I saw a few of these and can't figure out what the heck they are. Any suggestions?

They are the same as at the split and they will walk, they have hind legs like a frog so I have always called them frog fish, they are usually just sitting on the bottom and will swim in a fast sprint to sit again if spooked.

I've always thought of them as a weird sea creature, nothing short about his nose. They walk on the bottom.I see them most around the docks in very shallow water.

I have a book that I call the 'What The Hell Is It' book.
at least thats what we refer to it by at the diveshop. When ever were diving and someone says, 'What the hell is that' it can almost always be found in this book.

And what the hell is the other name of this book?
Today I came across a small patch of what may be anenomies. Pale brownish grey and white. Sorry - no camera with me. Isn't that always the way.

He has written 4 that are like a set one is Reef Creatures, the others are: Reef Fish ID, Reef coral and Reef fish behavior(my favorite).They all have black covers and filled with spectacular photography.
