I mentioned the environmental impact in my first post...I agree with ya! That is another big negative to this!

As I said before, most of the people (tourists) that I have met over the years and friends that have visited AC agree that the main reason we go is the feel of the "old carribean". When you start allowing big resorts in that will only be the begining of the end for folks like us who don't look for the McDonalds, casino's and all of the rest of the "touristy" things. And yes what about the destruction of all of the mangroves and wildlife areas?

I am truly saddened by all of this and truly hope that the government opens it's eyes and steps in.
