Hmm, well, I'll check when I'm next at that computer.

However, while I'm thinking of it . .seems to me some of the pictures were Jane's and so wouldn't be off of tacogirl's blog. I'll check into that too.

I am relatively low tech so hopefully tacoboy will read this and have an answer.

This blog was really started for friends and family to give them more than just emails - so glad you are all enjoying it

you probably didn't expect to have as many friends as you apparently do...

i'm guess that it's an rss feed of some sort, and that a widget has been set to display them on your desktop...

however, if it's just random Belize photos, it could also be something that just searches the web for 'photos of Belize' (or something) and displays anything that has keywords related to that...

just guessing here, but I imagine it's something along those lines.

That's the thing of it. As far as I know, I've never asked it to display Belize photos and I also don't think I pressed a widget. Maybe Vista reads minds?

Maybe the widget you are using automatically subscribes you to rss feeds of the sites you visit.

There ya go! That might be the case.

However, I still want it on record that the dock at dusk scene was existing before I ever did more than log on to that computer.
