Update, Denny's second court date was today. His sister & parents went again on his behalf. The nurse did not show up, the judge shuffled papers, asked about his condition and dismissed the case. Hooray for Denny.

YESSSSS!!!!! Good news on that front. How is Denny doing other wise?

The prosecutor probably couldn't get the nurse to "testa-lie" and he wasn't man enough to let Denny's family know.
From what I remember of the story the complaining (complainant) police officer didn't witness the act. Denny has an angle on his shoulder. I'm sure this whole incident put a smile on Denny's face and many thoughts in his mind. Marty, get that thinking typewriter working for Denny.
