Can't be there but can I vote absentee? My vote (no need to taste) is for "This stuff is so good it will make ya slap Momma twice on Sunday" Memphis BBQ sauce by Carbunkle Trumpet. Nothing better than Memphis/Ark sauce! Wish I had some BBQ right now. Need to make a trip and restock my freezer.

okay, windjammer, your vote is already rendered pointless . . . Memphis is okay if you want Elvis memorabilia, but if you want the real bbq, you have to go to Kansas City. I will give Carbunk credit for stepping up for his whuppin'!!
