I suddenly find I need to get to Cost Rica Next week and TACA is high. What other ways to get there? Bus? Anything.

Hey Harriette-Check out the TICA buses. They are pretty nice, Air conditioned, movies shown the whole way,seats lay back for sleeping, bathroom on board, priority crossing through customs etc...

Leaving Tuesday 4th through Wed 12th is $535us on Taca, less than half of a Sat/Sat fare?

Thanks for the info - No bus out of Belize but today I found out I could have flown to Flores and caught a bus there.

TACA had me over night in Guatamula City and I don't speak Spanish.
I was able to find a decent fare on American through my least favorite airport - Miami. When handed lemons --- yada yada yada.
I found a good hotel near the airport and a Wal Mart!
