We are arriving for our first visit on Christmas Eve and staying at Banyan Bay.
We are interested in Tarpon fishing any suggestions for guides? Also golf cart rentals? Best snorkel sites?
Are there any Christmas celebrations in San Pedro?

Check with the desk at BB, they can point you in the right direction for bonefishing. Golf cart rentals are not inexpensive and there seems to be a diversity of opinions about having a cart. I'm spoiled and always have one. For reasons too involved to expand upon, we use Island Auto (OK, they're friends). Christmas Mass at the St. Pedro church is really pretty special regardless of ones denomination.. We leave at 6 am Friday morning and will be just about 300 yards north of you. You will have a great time, assured. When you see the blue stains on the sand, turn left and wave. Merry Christmas!
