Well, think what you will - that is just not so. Not everything and everyone are the same anywhere and everywhere.

Most Britts I've met are a decent lot, but then again when they are in France, Italy or Spain supposedly watching a soccer game.... hooligans come to mind...

Hence my comment about destination, applies to all nationalities.
