check the navy map - yes we're going to get wet - am awake due to the racket from the thunder !

based on the information I am getting there is a very good chance that we will see tropical storm force winds in our area. This should be an excellent practice run considering how rusty we are.

No thunder down here, about 6 miles or so south of Diane. I am always surprised at how our weather can vary so widely within such a small area.

Hi, I'm up North (USA) but my wife is trying to get off the Island this morning. Does anyone know if it bad enough to close the airport in SP yet? Thanks

Jim , she will get off this morning winds have not picked up YET . Anyone needing to get off island should try do so this morning .Once wind picks up ,they will ground flts .

No Prob , Planes just started flying folks ! Please go to airport first come first serve until weather gets bad . Go Now to airlines if you need to get off the island . We are staying and are prepared .You can see how dark it is getting threw web cam live .
