No, meat tenderizer, which works well on the crappy beef that the butcher sells. I dont know what's in it but it works on the cheap cuts of beef.
Tenderize, marinate,charcoal...eat happy!

Papaya will tenderize the meat without salts.
Or maybe just eat fish and save meat-eating for visits to Texas and Argentina?
