I'm with Simon...definitely Coco Beach.

we have a place at grand caribe. It's my understanding coco beach started construction round fall o6. phase 1, front units pool and bar opened spring 08. back pool w/rock surronded by additional units, including about 15 hotel type rooms (shall we say to the south of the rock) opened last year. we were down
last month and I did'nt think the restaurant was opeen yet. nice place!
