I don't sympathize with terrorists, foreign or domestic. I abhor terrorism at any level. Having said that, this quote speaks to me today -
"I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy. Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that." Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
This has nothing what so ever to do with hate. This has to do with justice and defending ourselves against further attacks. It has to do with the unknown number of people that will live their lives to whatever means and fulfill whatever dreams that may not have had the opportunity because of this nut.
A mad dog was cut down. Someone who cared not of the misery that he caused among who ever just happened by chance to be a victim. Let him go down in history as the nut that he was who was put down by honorable men, not terrorist, but by America's finest.
