Visitors staying in our area (who have been coming to Belize for 10 years) just told us that this is their new FAVORITE place to eat!

I guess it's about time we stopped by for a feast.

Today for breakfast we have lobster Omelet (the European way), and ...

apple cinnamon French toast with homemade vanilla syrup...

As far as we can, Mathieu's strives to use Belizean produce, and to make everything from scratch, from the breads (using Belizean flours), pastries, pasta, sauces, syrups, juices and flavored oils, sugars and salts.

CELEBRATION SATURDAY:
a real special:
Lobster bonbon (lobster stuffed with smoked fish mousse, avocado wrapped in zucchini and beet pink handmade pasta) served with a cream of celery $35

Inside the bonbon:

all day breakfasts
freshly roasted beef sandwiches, ham & cheese, hummus w/ salad, blue cheese from $9.50

Breakfasts, Gunter's made some plain flaky butter croissants, ideal with Jelly/jam or ham, cheese or egg, or just plain indulgent (our favorite...) with yet more butter.... $4

also cinnamon rolls, crumb cakes, danish and breakfasts...

Fruity apple cinnamon french toast drizzled with homemade vanilla or cinnamon syrup $10

Breakfast sandwiches: half a freshly baked baguette filled with fresh vegetables, home baked ham, mozzarella cheese and egg $15

Gunter's "Power Max" breakfast: $18 will fill you with 3 fried eggs on wholewheat, ham cheese and olive oil. Perfect for pre-or-post dive/ snorkel!
