Josh,
Make sure to ask the staff at Coco Beach about a weekly water taxi pass. If the road to town is muddy, Tim's right, rent a golf cart in town and explore from there. I think you are going to be amazed when you see the resort. We own one of the casitas and it still takes our breath away every time we visit. Have a blast and make sure to share your Belize experience with us when you return.

And based on the rains yesterday and today, the road to town will be muddy!

Take a day trip to the mainland and do the combo zip-lining and cave tubing excursion. Most tour companies offer this combo trip. A great experience!

Lamani (Maya ruins) trip with Tanisha Tours. Fantastic!

On the island.....snorkeling, diving, parasailing, kayaking, fishing. Lots of great restaurants. Live music most every evening somewhere along the beach/restaurants/bars. Chicken drop at Wahoo's on Thursday evening. Casino at Captain Morgan's.

Full-day private catamaran trip with barbecue lunch on El Gato. Favorite thing to do!

Look on ambergriscaye.com for links and information on most of this stuff.

Have a blast!

And don't forget Paradise Theater showing great movies on the weekends on the big screen in Surround Sound. Perfect for those rainy nights when there is nothing to do.
