Can't wait to try out Mathieu's during our upcoming Lobster Fest visit. Looks like a great and changing menu. I am surprised more of the island restaurants do not use this free advertising medium.

Grinding and packaging our new Mayan Organic blend coffee ($6.50/half lb),
making yogurt to go with our own granola,
making papaya jam,
blending herb olive oils
and
producing syrups for coffees and desserts from Mexican vanilla, Belizean chocolate and mangoes.... come in and try us out!

Bread, breakfast, eggs, pastries, pasta, juice, coffee, lunch ..... FOOD!

thanks to BEL's unannounced power outage yesterday, we went to Belize city for some provisioning!
