Gunter's in a good mood today - it's his BIRTHDAY! he's made today.... Multigrain bread, white loaves, an organic Kamut grain (see the link) dark bread with Buckwheat, spelt and barley (all organic, no wholewheat flour). If you're slightly wheat intolerant try it and let us know what you think. We also have a white with tomatoes and black olives, wholewheat baguettes and loaves
