Geez, you guys . . . not that many better places to get together for a drink. So why not stop in to the Palapa Bar and have some make up,um,er, Belikin.

The Palapa Bar and Grill is 1/2 mile north of the bridge. Grand Caribe is 1 mile north. Journey's End is 3 miles north. Mata Grande is 4 miles north of the bridge.

That close? we have stayed at White Sands several times and I was under the impression it was 2.5-3 miles from the bridge. Im gonna get Cholo to put an odometer on my next cart! smirk

Yes, I am sure. The road is bumpy and it just feels far.

Captain Morgans is around 2 miles north of the bridge.

Thanks Phil. That is so true. I remember when I was a girl and lived 1/2 mile south of town it was way, way far out of town.

Guests at Victoria house would be picked up by boat and many didn't venture as far as town. And it is 2 miles south.
