....It's not about people walking round in swimware, the sagging pants is a GANG thing, by the way this is not the first time a Mayor has tried to stop this.
He, the Mayor, is fighting the crime on this Island, and one major threat is the gangs that come here from the mainland, the local kids see them as some sort of heros and copy their clothes,attitude and some even copy their violence, lets work together to stamp out the crime that is spreading like a virus, if that means telling kids not to dress like gangsters then that is what needs to be done. by the way I dont wear. knickers.

Look Tracker, I agree totally agree that your mayor is doing an excellent job, so why he's wasting his time and that of others having his police officers make people pull up their pants, is not that productive. I understand that everyone believes it is only a gang thing, but it's not "only" a gang thing.

The young man that robbed me in front of Caliente's was a nice looking clean-cut fellow, with his pants fully up. The police officer that he ran by said "no, I didn't see nobody run by me".

Quit worrying about the da*n pants, and get the police clued in, arrest the bad guys, get good law inforcement. Get the police properly trained and then there will be more than a clue given because of pants. Keep the "colors" off, yes, that's a gang thing.
