Looks like a bulkhead.

It's north of the cut. The garbage boat just went southbound and Coastal Express was going north at the same time. Probably somewhere in Tres Cocos.

Looks to be just south of the Cloisters which means the camera is on a second or third floor condo in Reef Village either Bldg A or C, maybe D

I'm not that familiar with the operation of webcams, but if it were that far back from the shoreline, could it zone in on such a small section of the shoreline? I'm very familiar with that stretch of Tres Cocos since our place is just south of Coco Locos, but still can't pinpoint the location it's zooming in on.

Take a good look at the concrete seawall and the people on the path that is running at an angle...sure looks like the spot.

"taco cam is now working again and for now it is still a mystery where it is located"

I guess we will find out exactly where it is when the "mystery" is unveiled!

I vote for no further north than Reef Village. Coastal crossed view at 4:34. So if left at 4:30, would four minutes be enough time to get to Reef Village? Coastal is normally really prompt.

Hmmm, the position of the webcam has been changed....guess they don't want us to see any passerbys!

Is it possible to lower the camera a little, like before when you could see the beach?
