Either way the writing is clearly on the wall with what was an island where you could leave your doors unlocked and only ever worry about Paisano stealing the conch shell he just sold you for $5 bze, to an island with rampant burglaries, multiple shootings, and stabbings, and its happening on a regular basis when not so long ago it would be unheard of.

If the crimes mentioned above were all listed below by dates and times its would be a very scary scenario especially when you consider the size of the tiny town of San Pedro.

Residents can vote in town and village council elections, join organizations, citizens watch groups and other to be heard and have an affect

Yes Residents can, but retirees cant as far as i understand and theyve changed the resident qualifications

Retirees can change their status after 5 years and become full fledged citizens.
