We are looking for a long term rental, 1+ years, on Ambergris Caye with minimum 2 beds and yard, must be pet friendly.

We are great tenants, clean, tidy, no hassles.

Go to the home page for this site. Click on the real estate tab. There are countless Realtors and Property Management companies. You will have a greater selection than just posting here. Also, the San Pedro Daily(?) has a classified section with rentals advertised.

September will be a slow time so you should be able to find something perfect.
