Last year I was given 2 pints of Plasma, thank God I did not get blood if they cannot test the blood they have.

A better answer to the blood testing question. They can test the blood, they just cannot spin and clean it as they don't have a centrifuge.

As a result, Belize Blood services would rather err on the side of caution and not take the blood that they might not be able to use.

Inplub, they would not give you contaminated blood
