Banana Beach is fabulous, I just got back from there. The staff is superb and the rooms are impecable. We ordered a case of beer and they deliver it to your room. They got us golf carts which were great to use all week, its so much fun to whiz around. THe little bar right next door at Mata Rocks is great, say hi to Micheal, Anna and Charlyn there! They will even let you run a bar tab there under your Banana Beach room. Ricos is in walking distance food wise, or just hop your golf cart up the road towards town. I also packed a small cheap float and it was fun to float in the water right off the beach. I saw folks snorkeling off the beach but the real sealife action is out at Hol Chan, incredible snorkeling and a short boat ride. Will post trip report shortly!

Just got back last night and already planning a return trip for next April!
