Thank you Judy. One of those I had. I just had some information I wanted to send them as a follow up to a visit and a few phone calls. The supervisor told me oh yes we use email when I asked her but the conversation ended before I remembered to ask for their email address. They did take mine but I don't have a warm fussy feeling seeing see didn't ask me to repeat my name.

They were courteous so I guess another phone call is in order. I'm trying to not be a pest but like most government agencies anywhere in the world.......

OK, read all the very good posts about renewing with immigration if staying longer than 30 days. My question is, I am traveling to Belize next month ~17 of April 2016 and traveling throughout Belize for just under a month, then flying from Belize City to Roatan for about 2 weeks, prior to returning to Belize city for a day or two then boarding a plane back to the states. Since my arrival into Belize will be stamped on about the 17th. of April 2016, and departure back to the states will be about the 24th of May, 2016, will I need to get the extension? Will my trip to Roatan reset my 30-day clock with Belize immigration, even though I will only be out of the country for 2 weeks or so? I appreciate all the help and guidance given here.

Technically if you leave Belize for more than 24 hrs it is supposed to be enough but most Immigration officers want to see at least 2 weeks out of the country so you should be fine.
