Tour Guide Licenses expire on July 31, 2017. Applications for renewal are now being accepted at BTB's Belize City and San pedro offices. Start early.

That's interesting. The BTB is asking for a Social Security Card. That's a first!
But, still they can have a valid card and not pay into the system. A move in the right direction but still won't do the trick BTB.
