From Belmopan...
These large areas of Caribbean cloud sometimes result in high cumulus cloud, which sometimes collapse sending out a sort of shock wave, usually seen as a circle of cloud around the area. This has been happening for several days, but this time there is one of those half circles of cloud over Belize. Basically this unstable Caribbean weather is still with us, causing patches and showers of rain in any location, it is not so much of moving in from the sea, but forming here and there and dissipating, so you cant predict where it will rain.
Looks like today continuing like the last few days, but I do expect significant sunshine in parts, already in the north and parts of the south, and central this afternoon, before the next large cloud areas start to move in late today. Scattered rain in any place, at any time.
