AKA Saca Chispa Field... What they promised us vs. what they gave us ..

That's a little unfair. The new seawall, piers, water taxi terminal and sidewalks are all in place. Yes the field needs loves more fill but it has continued to serve the community as a great place to have sporting events, fashion shows, the fair when it is in town etc. Yes improvements need to continue to be made and regardless of who wins the elections we, the people, should insist that this project is completed to a satisfactory condition and maintained as such.
